We're shooting ~3-minute long interviews with three questions: 

  • Introduction: who you are, where you're located, and what you do/sell?​

  • Why did you start your own business?​

  • ​What's your favorite product? Or - why do you think small businesses are important to local economy? 

  • OR - do you have a question you'd rather be asked?

The group that laid the foundation......

Lilli Gast a member of the Houghton National Honor Society and Melissa teamed up last year to kick this project off. Since then, Lily and her team have been able to complete interviews with mulitple local business owners. Now that they have since graduated they are helping welcome the new team.
